We’ll work together

My coaching sessions are face to face or virtually over the phone or Skype. This allows me to work with people all over the world and that is what I enjoy. This way we can both focus 100% on our session.

You will never be charged for our first session.

Because coaching is a relationship, it’s not “one size fits all”. I want to make sure that we click and that my style of coaching will fit your needs. I use this session to get a clear idea of who you are, where you are at and where you would like to be. You are encouraged to take this time to ask me any questions you may have. Feel comfortable and confident as my Client.

Sessions are Maximum 60 minute in length

For the first three months, at least, I suggest meeting face to face or virtually once a week for 45-60 minutes.


You’ll be assigned homework that is designed to bring what you and I discuss into your real world. Each week we will discuss what comes out of the coaching discussion and exercises you complete. The more you put into doing this work, the faster you will get to where you want to be.

Cancellation policy

When life gets in the way and you need to cancel your appointment, with a minimum of 24 hours notice, you can easily reschedule to a more convenient time with no penalty. Less than 24 hour notice, is subject to penalty.

The number of sessions required to achieve results vary from one person to another. Not only is everyone different, but it also depends on what it is that you are looking for. In general, an initial series of 6 sessions will help people feel relieved, reach a place of greater clarity and inner peace, increase their personal power and level of life enjoyment, and make plans for attaining their dreams.
